HOW IT'S MADE
Four stages. Zero shortcuts. Every STRKCARBON case is built from real aerospace-grade material.
We start with 3K grade carbon fiber — 3,000 individual carbon strands per bundle. The same spec used in F1 chassis and satellite components.
Strands are chopped and scattered randomly, then pressed under 140°C and 80 tons of pressure with aerospace-grade resin. This creates the shattered pattern.
The case cures for 24 hours at controlled temperature. This locks the carbon permanently and creates the glass-hard surface with iridescent depth.
Each case is CNC-machined for exact fit, polished by hand, and inspected before packing. Ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
